Remote position open to candidates located near Casablanca.

Avature offers highly customizable solutions, with each implementation carefully designed according to our customers’ diverse needs. Implementation Associates work alongside our consultants and project managers, contributing to the configuration of HR and business systems.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Develop expert-level knowledge of Avature’s platform and its configurability. 
• Understand the specific configuration needs of each assignment and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain a clear vision of each assignment’s context and impact.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Collaborate with consultants to understand assignment scope and timelines. 
• Build data models, workflows, forms, templates, reports, and other configuration elements. 
• Migrate configurations from test to production environments. 
• Conduct QA tests to ensure configurations work as expected.
• Create and update documentation (requirements, configuration workbooks, etc.).
• Manage assignments from case creation to resolution.
• Work closely with Technical Services teams to deliver complete solutions.

About you:

• Proactive and eager to learn quickly. 
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English and French.
• Comfortable working in a project-oriented environment.
