Web developers at Avature play an essential part in seeing our customers’ business needs come to life, as they transform designs and concepts into working websites. With this in mind, we are looking for creative and confident web developers with strong communication skills, to ensure that we can deliver the best and most appealing solutions to all customers.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Understand customers’ needs and produce relevant material.
• Own and carry out projects independently.
• Communicate effectively and coordinate efforts with globally located teammates.
• Manage priorities and deadlines of multiple projects with support from the team manager.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Maintain fluid communication with customer-facing teams, to address specific customer needs.
• Meet with other teammates to develop websites for projects varying in size and scope.
• Produce and maintain cross-browser, cross-platform, and high-quality code.

About you:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent programming skills and experience in JavaScript, HTML and CSS. 
• Experience creating dynamic websites with any templating language (PHP, ASP.NET, JSP, Jinja, Handlebars, etc.).
• Knowledge of Twig and Git is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Permanent residency in Philippines.
• Flexible, proactive, and a team player.
