When creating a business-driven product within a dynamic industry, excellence in customer relationship management is fundamental. Our Account Executives are focused on owning strategic expansion within existing accounts, including net new solutions, significant commercial uplift, major user growth, and multi-market expansion.
This is a commercial role focused on driving revenue through upselling and expansion, where you will identify and qualify new opportunities, lead strategic conversations with VP and C-level stakeholders, and build long-term growth plans that align to business and talent priorities.
They combine a strong understanding of our platform’s capabilities with a clear view of each customer’s goals, owning retention, expansion, and advocacy for a focused book of strategic customers. By offering strategic guidance and aligning platform use with business priorities, they help customers make the most out of their investment in Avature.
