Avature

Remote position open to candidates located near Sofia.

As part of the Integrations Services team, you’ll focus on designing and delivering reports that support our integration projects. You’ll work closely with our Integrations Analysts to translate complex reporting needs into tailored solutions using Avature’s internal reporting framework. 

In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and build reports that enable seamless integration processes.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Gain a deep understanding of the Avature platform and reporting framework.
• Develop expertise in how reporting supports integrations within Avature.
• Collaborate with Integrations Analysts to translate their reporting needs into effective, scalable solutions.
• Build custom reports that enable integration workflows and data exchange.
• Handle multiple requests in parallel, ensuring prioritization and organization to meet deadlines.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Design and develop reports for integrations projects using Avature’s internal tools.
• Analyze requirements provided by Integrations Analysts and define the best approach to implement them.
• Maintain and improve existing reports, optimizing SQL queries when needed.
• Document processes and solutions for internal use.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the reporting framework and its capabilities.

About you:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. 
• Advanced SQL knowledge. 
• Fluent in English (oral and written). 
• Proactive and able to work autonomously. 
• Great problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with visualization tools. 
• Knowledge of JSON and software integrations. 
• Interest in programming.
