This is a hands-on role with a broad scope, a fast-moving agenda and high exposure, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, context switching and being deeply involved in the life cycle of employees.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Gain a profound understanding of Avature’s culture and actively foster it among employees. 
  • Keep up-to-date with Avature’s ever-changing organizational structure and priorities.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with employees and managers across different teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting them through people-related decisions and change management processes.
  • Anticipate organizational challenges and provide thoughtful, human-centered solutions.
  • Support employees in making the most of their careers at Avature, through development, feedback and growth conversations.
  • Navigate complex and emotionally demanding situations with professionalism and empathy.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Manage and support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, follow-ups, performance management, internal mobility and exit interviews.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of people-related topics.
  • Partner closely with managers to address team dynamics, performance challenges, career development and sensitive conversations.
  • Handle multiple topics in parallel, adapting quickly to frequent context switching throughout the day.
  • Assess employee development needs and recommend career paths, role changes or structural adjustments.
  • Design and contribute to HR-oriented initiatives aimed at supporting change management, team effectiveness and organizational growth.
  • Participate in complex, high-impact discussions where Talent Management has a strong voice in decision-making.

About you:

  • Experience working closely with managers and teams in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to handle difficult and sensitive conversations with confidence and empathy.
  • Resilience to navigate complex situations and sustained exposure to people-related challenges.
  • Comfort managing a broad scope of responsibilities and frequent context switching.
  • Curiosity and critical thinking, with the ability to ask questions and challenge assumptions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable switching languages in meetings.
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and the sensitivity of the information handled.
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
