As part of our Skills team, you will join a multidisciplinary group working on Artificial Intelligence systems that use data to learn and perform complex tasks. The team focuses on expanding and curating the Skills Taxonomy, maintaining key skills-related features and ensuring accurate representation across different services.

Your challenges and objectives:
- Understand and manage our skills taxonomy to support AI/ML initiatives.
- Align clients’ skill sets with our internal taxonomy, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Define and uphold quality standards for skill data curation.
- Communicate effectively in English with international teams and stakeholders.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Analyze and categorize skills, identifying logical patterns and relationships.
- Detect and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in the database.
- Apply linguistic expertise to refine classifications and improve searchability.
- Use Excel to process and validate data.
- Document guidelines and collaborate with teams to align taxonomy with business needs.
About you:
- Fluent in English, detail-oriented, organized and autonomous.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Curious, tech-savvy, with interest in AI/ML.
- Background in Linguistics, Data Science or Translation is a plus.
