One key aspect that distinguishes our product is the way in which we develop software integrations with third parties, especially with those that offer a seamless user experience.

Our Integrations Analysts are responsible for leading integration projects end-to-end, combining functional analysis, solution design, and project management skills. They use their business understanding and technical knowledge to take integrations from ideas to reality, while acting as the main point of contact for both clients and internal teams.

  • Lay the integration cornerstone by designing scalable and reliable solutions that consider system dependencies and business impact.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, managing timelines, priorities, risks, and potential deviations.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and development teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and proactive follow-up.
  • Act as the main representative of the project, preventing gaps, anticipating issues, and driving projects to success.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document customer needs and integration requirements.
  • Design high-level functional solutions and collaborate with development teams on technical definitions.
  • Own and facilitate communication between all project stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Represent the technical team when interacting with customers and partners.
  • Follow up on projects, ensuring progress according to timelines, priorities, and goals.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adapting to changing demands.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.

About you:

  • Strong experience in functional analysis and understanding of systems end-to-end.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working directly with clients, communicating clearly, and handling expectations, timelines, and potential deviations.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects, and navigate changing demands.
  • Experience or interest in project management, especially in technology-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations, understanding their purpose and how systems interact (hands-on experience is a plus).
