Position open to candidates based near Palermo, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires.

The Payroll team manages all payroll-related processes for Avaturians across the globe. In addition to ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution, they handle various administrative tasks associated with HR. You will be responsible for ensuring that all HR administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time, making sure that no process is overlooked or delayed by the team, while learning about different processes and labor laws.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Gain a deep understanding of our onboarding process.
  • Be able to execute all HR Admin related tasks autonomously.
  • Keep a healthy relationship with providers and internal customers.
  • Meet onboarding deadlines successfuly.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Check that employees' documentation is correctly filled and complete.
  • Manage administrative tasks for employee onboarding and termination. 
  • Provide internal services to fellow employees regarding their payroll, health insurance, and absences.
  • Review and verify basic invoice information (e.g., dates, amounts, supplier details) to ensure accuracy before processing.

About you:

  • Academic background (HR/Accountancy) or professional experience in payroll.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to work at our Palermo office on a recurring basis to manage physical documentation.
  • Great at working with numbers.
  • Able to manage information levels and confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and good organizational skills.
