As an Endpoint Security Specialist, you'll serve as the technical reference for defining controls, managing complex incidents, and implementing advanced endpoint security solutions, with a focus on data protection, threat prevention, and regulatory compliance.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Achieve a deep understanding of our sophisticated infrastructure.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy and operations applied to users' workstations, ensuring high protection, availability, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in our workstations' infrastructure and propose solutions.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Design, implement, and enhance the security architecture for corporate endpoints.
• Evaluate and select workstation security technologies (EDR/XDR, encryption, MDM), and define secure usage policies.
• Orchestrate OS/firmware/application patching; integrate vulnerability scans; manage exceptions with risk-based SLAs.
• Own endpoint security tooling (EDR/AV, osquery/Fleet), including deployment, tuning, and health; build detections and dashboards; drive threat hunting.
• Lead endpoint investigations, triage malware/PUA events, perform root cause analysis, and deliver post-incident hardening.
• Collaborate on definition and maintain OS hardening standards for Windows 11, macOS, and Ubuntu (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Participate in internal and external audits as the technical point of contact for workstation security.
• Collaborate with IT on awareness campaigns and security training programs for end users.

About you:

• Hands-on experience securing Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints in a corporate environment.
• Extensive expertise with endpoint protection solutions, EDR/XDR, encryption, and MDM.
• Strong knowledge of patch and configuration management and automation.
• Previous experience in forensic analysis, incident response, and endpoint threat hunting.
• Advanced understanding of networks and security protocols (VPN, TLS, DNSSEC).
• Programming/scripting skills for automation and response (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• English language proficiency (B2 or higher)
