As part of the Analytics team, you´ll be working with highly qualified professionals of diverse industries and quickly gaining insight on their reporting needs, making sure our reporting framework helps to fulfill them. You´ll be an active part of a fast-paced challenging environment, responsible of carrying out multiple projects at once, coordinating efforts in multifaceted processes, working with several internal teams and third parties, always making sure all parts add up to a superior result. You´ll also design and deliver reports for market leaders, using our own sophisticated reporting framework and you’ll have access to our customers’ business intelligence to handle their data according to their specific needs.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Avature platform.
  • Learn about our reporting framework and how it interacts with the backend.
  • Become an expert on internal tools used for custom reports.
  • Create new tools to evolve the capabilities of the Custom Reports team.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Reporting Analysis and Solution Design: Gathering and analyzing requirements, and translating them into Avature reporting framework. 
  • Providing guidelines and best practices advice.
  • Reporting Tool: Working with the client to help optimize the use of our reporting tool.
  • Develop reports for portals, dashboards, and integrations following our workflows.
  • Evaluate feasibility of requested reports and inform any gaps to the Consulting team.
  • Maintain existing reports.
  • Document processes for internal use.
  • Train our clients on tools used for reporting purposes.

About you:

  • Hold an active Secret US government security clearance.
  • Proficient in English and very good communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and databases such as SQL and MySQL.
  • Experience in JSON is a plus.
  • Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Experience in BI or reporting tools is valued.
  • Python or PHP programming skills are appreciated.
