Your challenges and objectives:
- Use your keen consultative sales instinct to generate new business for Avature
- Understand the market and the competition
- Keep up with new HR industry trends
- Embrace change, as Avature is a constantly evolving SaaS platform
Your day-to-day activities:
- Generate new revenue by prospecting new enterprise customers, evaluating their needs, and selling our SaaS platform solutions as appropriate
- Demonstrate Avature products online or onsite
- Stay up to date on new Avature features and how they help enterprises meet strategic HR objectives
- Use Avature CRM to capture sales activity, trigger requisite follow-up, and report on sales results
- Travel when required
About you:
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Experience in selling SaaS Solutions
- Ability to navigate complex enterprises and connect with all levels of the organziation
- Technical Background. Passionate about HCM technology and knowledgeable of the HR industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to put forward ideas in a creative way and think on your feet
- Understand client needs intuitively and offer insightful solutions to meet those needs
- Ability to prepare and deliver software demonstrations
- Proven track record of consistent sales results
