Your challenges and objectives:
- Drive new enterprise business through a consultative, strategic sale, building and selling through executive relationships.
- Stay current on the market, competition, and HR/Talent trends to sharpen positioning and differentiation.
- Champion change and innovation — bring Avature’s evolving platform, AI capabilities, and ambitious product roadmap into customer conversations.
Your day-to-day activities:
- Quarterback complex, long-cycle enterprise opportunities — from prospecting and discovery through consensus-building, negotiation, and close.
- Build and advance executive relationships, aligning Avature’s platform (including AI innovation and roadmap) to strategic HR outcomes.
- Lead a deal team and collaborate across Sales, Solutions/Presales, Product, Marketing, Consulting, Legal, Security, and Customer teams to remove obstacles and maintain momentum.
- Deliver compelling remote and on-site presentations and demos for global stakeholders, tailoring the story to each audience.
- Stay current on Avature’s evolving capabilities and translate new features into customer value.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in Avature — document activity, next steps, forecasting, and results.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings and key moments in the sales cycle.
About you:
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to building and expanding business in a regional market.
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions in the Talent Acquisition and Talent Management space, with strong knowledge of the HR technology landscape.
- Ability to navigate complex enterprise organizations and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior decision-makers.
- Strong presentation, communication, and software demonstration skills, with the ability to translate client needs into impactful solutions.
- Creative and adaptable problem-solver who can think on their feet in dynamic sales environments.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for HR technology and innovation in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when needed.
