Our Consulting team is at the forefront of this task and, as an Associate Project Manager, you will participate in organizing and carrying out complex projects, many involving global market leaders. In collaboration with other project managers, you will define the perfect methodology for each client, while ensuring successful and timely delivery. You will also maintain consistent and high-level communication with clients throughout the entirety of each project. 

Your challenges and objectives:

• Achieve expert-level knowledge of our platform’s functionality and configurability.
• Understand the configuration needs of each specific case.
• Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of each assignment’s context.
• Continuously evolve on project management capabilities, increasing the complexity of projects undertaken.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Get involved in the creation of project plans in agreement with customers and identify critical paths.
• Provide periodical project status reports.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks and delays.
• Meet with the team to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment.
• Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders within our organization.

About you:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proactive personality.
• Quick and enthusiastic learner.
• Outstanding communication skills; highly organized and detail oriented.
• Experience in software implementation is valued.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certifications.
• Experience working with US government or federal customers.
• Experience managing software development projects, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
