Our SaaS product manages massive amounts of data for many global companies, leading to a diverse range of data requests on complex databases. As part of our Data Services team, you will conduct technical and functional analysis on our data transformation projects to guarantee optimal responses to our customers' needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with a team involved in developing smart tools for on-demand querying of our databases to retrieve information and carry out maintenance tasks.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Act as a promoter of QA culture.
• Deliver a high quality product.
• Add value to the product's life cycle from step one.
• Obtain thorough knowledge of our complex and highly configurable platform.
• Gain full understanding of product specifications and client use cases.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Detect needs related to testing and do root-cause analysis to propose solutions for software defects.
• Promote and apply QA policies and best practices.
• Communicate with customer-facing teams to identify specifications and use cases.
• Do integral testing (test new implementations, perform bug fixes and refactors).
• Define test cases and design test suites.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing.

About you:

• Experience testing and debugging massive export/import of data among systems.
• Expertise in SQL.
• Capacity to read code or experience in software development (ideally with PHP, Python, JAVA).
• Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
