As a global software company, we provide world-class customer service to a diverse portfolio of customers with an equally varied set of needs. Our Consulting team is at the forefront of this task and, as an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and carrying out complex projects, many involving global market leaders. From planning to rollout, you will help define the best approach for each customer while ensuring successful and timely delivery. You will also build strong relationships with customers and act as their main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize competing demands.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product and organization to provide added value to customers.
  • Deliver complex projects on time and within scope. Identify and mitigate risks while driving projects toward successful outcomes.
  • Continuously expand your project management capabilities and take on increasingly complex initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Work with customers to define project methodologies, plans, and communication guidelines.
  • Create project plans, identify critical paths, and establish milestones.
  • Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project scope, timelines, and risks throughout the implementation process.
  • Coordinate tasks and manage internal resources across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure project alignment and progress.

About you:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient in English and German. 
  • University degree. 
  • Experience managing projects in a software development or software implementation environment. 
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and navigate complex stakeholder environments. 

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering software implementation projects and working directly with customers in a consulting or customer-facing role. 
  • Project management certifications and familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks.
