Avature

As a member of our Templates Analysis team, you’d use your analytical skills and understanding of our versatile platform to optimize the creation of our portals. You’d be a nexus between our development and business areas, providing expertise to determine the best way to respond to our customers’ needs through portal design.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Thoroughly understand our sophisticated platform.
• Ensure that requests for portal creation are viable and optimal by maintaining effective communication between our business and development teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in our portal creation process.
• Develop a criterion to prioritize requests.
• Add value to the development of our portals by being a facilitator for the interaction between different teams.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Examine portal creation and modification requests for feasibility and optimization.
• Understand our clients’ business needs and work with our consultants and account managers to implement Avature.
• Collaborate with our Sales Engineering team to offer clients viable solutions to their specific needs.
• Work with our templates development team and our QAs to ensure portals are well-designed and bug-free.
• Answer inquiries and spread knowledge of currents and new functionalities internally.
• Organize your workflow by assigning the adequate priority to requests for the creation or modification of our portals.

About you:

• Excellent problem solving skills, analytical thinker.
• Great communicational skills.
• Very good level of English (written and oral).
• Basic knowledge of HTML, TWIG, PHP, JS, CSS
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Eager to work in a self-driven environment.
• A technical background is valued.
