The Sales Enablement team is responsible for product messaging during deal conversations and presentations. They  provide our Sales team with the right tools to showcase our products to prospects and customers, ensuring any necessary materials are available and accurate. The go-to team for deal support, Sales Enablement collaborates with Sales and Sales Engineering (with smooth connections with Product Marketing teams), managing and ensuring the quality of demo environments and product presentations, and supporting sales in info gathering for demos.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Develop a deep knowledge of our product and its functionalities.
  • Provide the Sales team with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Be a point of reference for demo configuration and other technical matters for your team and others.
  • Coordinate projects that involve people with different backgrounds and skillsets.
  • Build connections and processes between Sales Enablement and other teams.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Participate in and organize meetings with the Sales team and other teams.
  • Assist our sales team by customizing our demos.
  • Deliver high quality product documentation that showcases our product.
  • Conduct market research (e.g. listening to podcasts and webinars, reading blogs) to gain competitive insight and understand customer needs.
  • Work together with the rest of the team to provide technical guidance on projects.
  • Act as project manager by outlining tasks and deliverables.
  • Be responsible for updating and enhancing important cross-solution documents.

About you:

  • Proficient in English and German.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Driven, proactive, and self-sufficient. 
  • Systematic, analytical, and detail oriented.
  • Comfortable with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in service teams.
