As our Digital Designer (Web & Mobile), you’ll be the creative force behind our web presence. You’ll translate our brand vision into elegant, user-centric designs, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring every concept to life.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Play a key role in the rebranding of our primary website, updating existing content and rolling out new sites
  • Co-create a new design system that reflects our refreshed corporate style.
  • Deliver top-quality web designs and complementary marketing materials through efficient, fast-paced workflows.
  • Engage closely with marketing, design, and executive stakeholders incorporating their strategic feedback to ensure brand alignment.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Design & Conceptualize: Craft high-impact WordPress layouts and landing-page designs that reflect our brand and support marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Design, Marketing, and Engineering to translate briefs into seamless web and mobile experiences.
  • Maintain the Design System: Keep our components, templates, and style guidelines current and cohesive—feeding improvements back into the evolving system.
  • Produce Ready-to-Use Assets: Use Figma (and other tools) to deliver pixel-perfect mockups, production-ready files, or interactive prototypes for both web pages and supporting materials.
  • Ensure Quality, Accessibility & Performance: Uphold accessibility standards, optimize load times, and meet deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Champion Design Culture: Share best practices, mentor teammates, and foster a culture of intentional, high-craft work.

About you:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Advanced English fluency: Confident written and verbal communication skills for global collaboration.
  • Proven expertise: Strong portfolio of web and mobile designs that integrate brand identity into digital products.
  • Problem-solving mindset: Proactively identify process gaps, propose solutions, and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to innovate.
  • Technical fluency: Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), plus familiarity with generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Freepik, ChatGPT).
  • UX & responsive savvy: Deep understanding of responsive design principles, usability heuristics, and web performance best practices.
  • Collaboration & organization: Clear, structured communicator who manages feedback and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
  • Multitasking & prioritization: Thrive juggling multiple initiatives without losing clarity or quality.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript knowledge
  • Prior CMS (e.g., WordPress) experience
  • Animation and motion-design skills
