Technical Leaders play the lead in this journey, using their analytical and technical skills (and above all, their enthusiasm) to tackle the complex problems of a feature-rich yet user-friendly enterprise application, driving forward the growth of a product used by thousands of users every day

Your challenges and objectives:

• Achieve a rounded knowledge of our platform by understanding the complex interaction of a wide range of areas and services, from network layer to final user. 
• Own and be responsible for your team’s code quality. Taking care of: reliability, security, performance, scalability, maintainability, alignment with design standards, etc.
• Take an active role in your team’s development in collaboration with the team manager. 
• Align your team in a vision for the set of modules, products, or applications within its scope. 
• Have a vision of the team’s ideal design and plan a technical roadmap to get there. 

Your day-to-day activities:

• Ensure that the technical roadmap is followed and monitor the production environment.
• Help your team navigate tradeoffs between functional and non-functional requirements (security, performance, maintainability, etc.).
• Proactively plan the team’s code design. 
• See to the technical side of day-to-day work, ensuring that technical analysis and code reviews are performed, among other tasks. 
• Coach team members on the technical aspects of their activities.

About you:

• Strong background in OOP, architecture, performance, and efficiency.
• Ideally, proficient in PHP and JavaScript. 
• Mentoring and leadership experience.
• Analytical/troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of Unix, preferably Linux.
