The Product Marketing team is responsible for shaping how Avature's products are positioned, communicated, and brought to market. Working closely with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing teams, they transform product innovation into clear commercial value through product positioning, go-to-market strategy, pricing, and sales enablement. 

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play an important role in defining how new products, features, and integrations are introduced to the market. By combining market insights, product understanding, and strong communication skills, you will help develop go-to-market strategies, create compelling product narratives, coordinate launches, and enable commercial teams to successfully position Avature's solutions.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Avature's platform, products, and target markets.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different audiences.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and integrations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and launch deliverables are completed on time.
  • Continuously analyze customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends to improve product positioning and commercial strategy.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and support product positioning decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Customer-facing teams throughout the launch process.
  • Create and maintain enablement materials, presentations, messaging frameworks, commercial documentation, and other launch assets.
  • Support commercial teams through product training, sales enablement initiatives, RFPs, and strategic customer opportunities.
  • Coordinate product launches, tracking dependencies, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
  • Monitor product adoption and market feedback to help refine go-to-market strategies, messaging, and pricing when needed.
  • Contribute to company-wide communication initiatives, including product webinars and quarterly product updates.

About you:

  • Proficient in English.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Analytical, curious, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and able to quickly learn complex products.
  • Experience in Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, Product Management, Consulting, or a similar role is a plus.
