Position available for candidates based in La Plata, Bahía Blanca, CABA, Córdoba, Rosario, or Mendoza. 

As a global software company, we provide world-class customer service to a diverse portfolio of customers with an equally varied set of needs. Our Consulting team is at the forefront of this task and, as an Associate Project Manager, you will participate in organizing and carrying out complex projects, many involving global market leaders. In collaboration with other project managers, you will define the perfect methodology for each client, while ensuring successful and timely delivery. You will also maintain consistent and high-level communication with clients throughout the entirety of each project. 

Your challenges and objectives:

• Achieve expert-level knowledge of our platform’s functionality and configurability.
• Understand the configuration needs of each specific case.
• Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of each assignment’s context.
• Continuously evolve on project management capabilities, increasing the complexity of projects undertaken.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Get involved in the creation of project plans in agreement with customers and identify critical paths.
• Provide periodical project status reports.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks and delays.
• Meet with the team to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment.
• Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders within our organization.

About you:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficient in English.

• Quick and enthusiastic learner.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
