As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be part of our Business Development team, responsible for creating and executing strategies to generate new sales leads, build commercial relationships, and convert prospects into customers.



Your challenges and objectives:

* Identify and segment target companies and key contacts for prospecting.
* Design outreach campaigns based on market trends and business opportunities.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and optimize lead generation efforts.


Your day-to-day activities:

* Generate, qualify, and connect with leads through multiple channels such as email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and our sales CRM.
* Track lead engagement across the sales funnel—from initial contact to conversion or closure.
* Research industry trends and monitor competitors to uncover new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.


About you:

  • English proficiency and excellent communication skills, both orally and in written.
  • Mid to high level proficiency with Microsoft 365 package, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms. Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated, optimistic, goal-oriented, and success-driven.
