Working with highly qualified professionals across diverse industries, you will quickly gain insight into their reporting and analytics needs and ensure our reporting framework helps fulfill them. You will be part of a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leading multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts across internal teams and stakeholders, and making sure every piece contributes to a high-quality final result. 

As part of Analytics Services within Professional Services, you will act as a reporting consultant, partnering directly with customers to understand their business goals and translate them into effective reporting solutions using Avature’s reporting framework. This is a functional, client-facing, no-code role focused on analysis, solution design, and project coordination. 

This role supports customers in EMEA and requires working a full-time schedule aligned with those time zones, typically starting between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. ART.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Avature platform and its reporting framework.
  • Understand customer business needs and translate them into scalable, high-quality reporting solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for reporting requirements, assessing feasibility and defining the best approach.
  • Manage reporting projects end to end, balancing timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure customer adoption of reporting tools by providing guidance, best practices, and enablement.
  • Collaborate with different internal teams on reporting-related initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and platform capabilities.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, documentation, and internal workflows.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements directly with customers.
  • Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using Avature’s reporting framework.
  • Lead reporting projects by outlining tasks, managing deliverables, and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide training sessions and walkthroughs to help customers use the reporting tool as a self-service solution.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues, data discrepancies, and performance concerns.
  • Support internal teams with reporting scoping and solution proposals.
  • Document reporting solutions and follow internal processes and best practices.

About you:

  • Availability to work a full-time schedule aligned with customers in EMEA, starting between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. ART.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into structured reporting solutions
  • Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, or data visualization.
  • Understanding of data structures, filters, aggregations, and reporting logic.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Advanced English and French proficiency.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
