The Templates Team’s goal is to develop customized templates according to our customers’ needs. They develop portals, themes, emails, form completion webpages, views, and websites. As a team they make sure development is done within pre-established timeframes by receiving and processing template requests from the customer-facing teams. In addition to that, another team’s goal is to maintain a fluent communication with customer-facing teams, and keep them updated about their requests. And also, keep documentation updated according to current processes, implementations and relevant information.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Gain full understanding of product functionality and client use cases.
  • Obtain thorough knowledge of our complex and highly configurable platform.
  • Collaborate with customers, customer-facing teams, and engineering.
  • Add value to the development life cycle from step one.
  • Deliver a high-quality product.
  • Act as a promoter of QA culture.



Your day-to-day activities:

  • Perform manual functional testing.
  • Define test cases and design test suites.
  • Communicate with customer-facing teams to identify specifications and use cases.
  • Promote and apply QA policies and best practices.
  • Detect needs related to testing and do root-cause analysis to propose solutions for software defects.
  • Be a point of contact for other teams regarding bugs and features.


About you:

  • Curious and analytical.
  • Experience in functional and UI testing.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Accessibility testing experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Git and console management.
