Using software integrations to connect with third-party systems and offer a seamless user experience is a key aspect of our product. The Integrations Reliability team is responsible for ensuring the stability of these integrations through reactive and proactive analysis, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and observability. They work closely with Technical Support and Engineering teams to improve system reliability and response to incidents.


As a Integrations Reliability Engineer in this team, you will focus on understanding how integrations behave in real scenarios, investigating issues, and improving system reliability. This is a highly analytical role, closer to DevOps and Cloud Operations than traditional QA, with occasional involvement in configurations or technical implementations when needed.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Gain a deep understanding of how integrations work within our platform.
  • Develop strong troubleshooting skills to analyze complex issues in production.
  • Act as a bridge between Technical Support and Engineering teams.
  • Identify patterns in system behavior and contribute to proactive improvements.
  • Increase visibility and observability of integrations through alerts and monitoring.
  • Contribute to the stability and reliability of our platform.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues reported by Technical Support.
  • Investigate logs, dashboards, and system behavior to identify root causes.
  • Act as a point of contact between support and engineering teams for incident analysis.
  • Detect internal issues and propose improvements.
  • Identify critical points in integrations and define alerts and monitoring strategies.
  • Perform proactive analysis to prevent incidents (e.g., pattern detection, periodic reviews).
  • Handle urgent production issues (depending on seniority).
  • Work with tools such as logs, dashboards, and monitoring platforms.
  • Occasionally perform configurations or minor developments in integration frameworks.

About you:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues based on incomplete information.
  • Proficient in English (especially reading and understanding technical information).
  • Knowledge of APIs, HTTP protocols, and data flow between systems.
  • Experience reading logs and using monitoring or observability tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana or similar).
  • Backend fundamentals (request/response, integrations behavior).
