Your challenges and objectives

  • Work cross teams and be an ambassador of our culture in the Asian Pacific region. 
  • Satisfy staffing needs, taking into account team requirements and cultural affinity.
  • Keep up to date in the latest recruiting technology.
  • Gain a profound understanding of Avature’s culture and foster it among our employees.
  • Keep up-to-date with Avature's ever-changing structure.
  • Build trusting relationships with all employees, and team managers.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Full-cycle recruiting.
  • Contact candidates through different means.
  • Network and perform market research.
  • Manage events and public relations.
  • Provide a great candidate experience.
  • Manage onboarding, performance management and mobility for all employees.
  • Serve as the primary contact to assist employees in solving issues.
  • Develop HR-oriented programs to positively impact change management.
  • Assess employee development needs and recommend structure and career moves.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, visioning, change management and team building.
