When creating a business-driven product within a dynamic industry, excellence in customer relationship management is fundamental. Our Adoption Specialists provide change management and adoption support to the clients that are implementing any of our Avature solutions. Our main objective is to ensure client retention by helping our customers implement initiatives and best practices to successfully adopt the usage of their Avature platform within their day-to-day recruiting activities.  

Your challenges and objectives:
  • Have a deep knowledge of the Avature platform and its current and potential problem solving capabilities.
  • Navigate complex enterprises, quickly gaining comprehension of their needs and how Avature could satisfy them.
  • Use your insight to assess the customer’s level of satisfaction regarding their platform implementation.
  • Have a deep knowledge of Avature's Adoption metrics and risk factors. 
  • Use your insight to assess the customer's level of platform usage and build Adoption plans to increase user engagement and optimize their usage experience accordingly. 
  • Manage multiple Adoption programs simultaneously.
  • Maintain Avature’s superior reputation for customer service.

 
Your day-to-day activities:

  • Analyze the quality and quantity of customer's platform usage in order to generate a diagnose by its comparison with their goals and expectations.
  • Build an Adoption plan for each of the customers that are assigned to you based on their usage challenges previously identified and analyzed. 
  • Maintain regular calls and email conversations with customers to implement and monitor their Adoption programs.
  • Be the main point of contact for most customer inquiries, rerouting them to the appropriate team (such as Consulting, Technical Support, Training, Sales) if necessary.  

About you:
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, to keep a clear and engaging conversation with the customer.
  • An analytical and creative mind, to design Adoption plans with autonomy and figure out how a customer’s business objectives can be accomplished with our platform.
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, to investigate possible solutions for challenges with no pre-established answer.
  • Organized, to manage a wide range of customers’ activities.
