As an office manager, you’ll play an important role in making sure that we offer the best possible environment for all Avaturians to work in. Analyzing our processes is equally important, as we aim to be as efficient as possible and have a positive impact on everyone’s daily activities.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Analyze how the Compliance & Administration team works to identify areas of improvement.
  • Document processes for the Compliance & Administration and Office Management teams, to optimize daily work.

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Collaborate in facility management activities, such as office maintenance, office security projects, etc.
  • Identify, design, and document workflows related to compliance and administration processes.
  • Create metrics and reports to illustrate compliance and administration performance.

About you:

  • Advanced English level (B2).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Sociable and eager to interact with others.
