As acquiring and retaining talent is key to organizational success, having the right technology can be a game changer. Our Sales team use their profound understanding of the HR industry and technology to provide solutions that empower our potential clients and enables them to meet their business objectives.

Your challenges and objectives:

  • Use your keen consultative sales instinct to generate new business for Avature
  • Understand the market and the competition
  • Keep up with new HR industry trends
  • Embrace change, as Avature is a constantly evolving SaaS platform

Your day-to-day activities:

  • Generate new revenue by prospecting new enterprise customers, evaluating their needs, and selling our SaaS platform solutions as appropriate
  • Demonstrate Avature products online or onsite
  • Stay up to date on new Avature features and how they help enterprises meet strategic HR objectives
  • Use Avature CRM to capture sales activity, trigger requisite follow-up, and report on sales results
  • Travel when required

About you:

  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Experience in selling SaaS Solutions
  • Ability to navigate complex enterprises and connect with all levels of the organziation
  • Technical Background. Passionate about HCM technology and knowledgeable of the HR industry
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to put forward ideas in a creative way and think on your feet
  • Understand client needs intuitively and offer insightful solutions to meet those needs
  • Ability to prepare and deliver software demonstrations  
  • Proven track record of consistent sales results
