Customer Success Specialist

The mission of the Customer Success Specialist is to provide new customers with a seamless Avature onboarding experience. They act as advisors, guiding clients closely to become effective and autonomous users of the system.

Your challenges and objectives
  • Develop relationships that promote retention and loyalty, maintaining an ongoing communication with the customer and the assigned internal stakeholders, from contract signing through account stability. 
  • Accelerate system adoption through ongoing guidance and preparation, in collaboration with different internal Avature teams.
  • Facilitate a seamless handover process among internal stakeholders to optimize interactions with customers.

Your day-to-day activities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers and liaison between different Avature teams. 
  • Align expectations with the customer at every stage and make sure information flows smoothly across teams. 
  • Ensure customers are equipped with the knowledge and resources they need to get the most out of Avature.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, maintaining information consistency and goal alignment.
  • Bring client feedback on existing processes to Avature teams and raise issues as required for resolution or escalation.

About you
  • English proficiency is a must French or German preferred. 
  • Resourceful and proactive. 
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Sound decision-making and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles and project management. 
  • Knowledge of implementation processes in the SaaS industry is a plus.
