Senior Sourcing Specialist, IT

Our Talent Acquisition team is a varied group of experts in charge of finding the next Avaturians to sustain our constant growth. Within, our Sourcing Specialists play a key role by owning the proactive search and engagement of potential candidates and getting them started on their Avature journey.

Your challenges and objectives:
  • Combine in-depth market research and great communication to define how we reach out to potential candidates and introduce them to Avature.
  • Thoroughly understand our company’s structure and hiring needs.
  • Obtain a deep knowledge of how a wide variety of profiles may fit into our operations.
  • Identify talent with great potential and ensure engagement.
  • Become an expert on our platform and sourcing tools.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in our sourcing strategies.
Your day-to-day activities:
  • Develop and test recruitment strategies.
  • Make first contact with and screen potential candidates to start the recruiting process.
  • Communicate with recruiters and establish priorities according to current needs.
  • Do market research and stay up to date on sourcing techniques.
