Technical Writer

Two main pillars of Avature’s platform are a powerful configurability combined with a sophisticated user experience. For both aspects, technical writers are a big part of helping users learn how to make the most of every single feature at their disposal. The team is responsible for making sure that every document required (or already created) by any other team is engaging and crystal clear, be it for internal or external use.


Your challenges:
  • Gain an extensive knowledge of Avature’s platform.
  • Interact with other teams to understand their documentation needs.
  • Acquire a technical vocabulary.
  • Write about technically challenging features in an friendly language.

Your day-to-day activities:
  • Create user documentation for all the platform’s features.
  • Proofread documents created by other teams.
  • Create training manuals for customers and other training documentation.
  • Perform UI text changes.
  • Write processes documentation and put together other technical docs.

About you:
  • Bilingual in English and fluent in German. 
  • Attentive to detail.
  • A technical background is valued.
