Our Marketing team works to leverage the Avature product in the global HR market. They promote our brand worldwide and attract new customers with a number of methods. With this objective, online tools are fundamental to reach different audiences around the globe—understanding both the audience and the effectiveness of these tools is essential to use them in the best possible way, to continue to expand our market.

Your challenges and objectives:
  • Manage and oversee all of Avature’s SEO implementation.
  • Proactively review and identify SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits and data/traffic analysis.
  • Educate, teach and improve the team’s SEO knowledge, guiding them to improve online content performance.
  • Understand website development methods and share them with the team.
  • Establish guidelines for marketing teams, and designers to maximize search engine optimization for our products and for our customers, including but not limited to: reducing page load/latency, optimizing URL structure, and data and site architecture.
  • Stay abreast with SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and technology; help educate internal teams on industry best practices.

Your day-to-day activities:
  • Make sure that all content produced for Avature’s websites and other landing pages has the best SEO possible. 
  • Keep Avature's websites error free and functioning at their technical best.
  • Help develop Avature’s webpages. Project managing and combining efforts between different Avature teams, on different stages of production. 
  • Research and explore solutions for issues that may arise with the website's development, traffic tracking and performance.
  • Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and discover new opportunities.
  • Recommend and execute strategies for content development according to SEO goals, both general and keyword specific.
  • Implement link building campaigns according to customers’ SEO goals.
  • Regularly report on content & website performance to different internal teams.

About you:
  • Proven experience in similar positions.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Understanding of accelerating mobile pages (AMP) is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Wordpress is appreciated.
  • Be a subject matter expert in all core SEO areas including but not limited to: Content, Keyword Research, Technical SEO - UX, site architecture, URL structure, sitemaps, canonical tags, dynamic/static pages, and On-Page Optimization (Metadata, Headings, Content, Anchor Links, Navigation, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience using & reporting from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, SERPs, Tag Manager, Moz, Keyword Research tools and other relevant tools.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, initiative, responsibility and integrity.
  • Have exceptional problem solving, and analysis skills combined with the ability to synthesize large data and effectively communicate findings to all levels throughout the organization.
