Internal Configuration Analyst

Avature offers highly customizable solutions, carefully implemented according to each customer’s needs. As an Internal Configuration Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the implementation of each solution. Working side by side with consultants, you’ll define every detail of solution suites crafted to the specific requirements of global customers from a wide variety of industries.  

Your challenges and objectives
  • Gain a profound knowledge of our platform’s functionality to understand how it can fulfill each customer’s needs.
  • Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of their context, in order to keep your workload organized and relevant. 
  • Collaborate effectively with varied stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Your day-to-day activities
  • Meet with key stakeholders to understand the requirements of each implementation.
  • Help customize Avature features by setting up functionality, testing implementations and moving them to production, and creating and updating documentation. 
  • Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, interacting with other teams and providing feedback.
  • Training stakeholders on configured functionality.
