Finance Procurement Analyst

The Finance Procurement team supports many other teams in their purchasing needs. It’s their responsibility to coordinate payments while reviewing contract terms established between Avature internal teams and vendors with our Legal team. They also manage the Avature Vendors CRM instance to process all invoices.

Your challenges and objectives
  • Obtain in-depth understanding of our financial operations, including our various global entities.
  • Develop great relationships with other Avature teams and with our vendors.

Your day-to-day activities
  • Organize the logistical and administrative aspects of our procurement processes and communicate with vendors regarding payments.
  • Analyze documents, including invoices, proformas, quotes, contracts, and receipts.
  • Process vendor invoices, getting internal approval, and submit for payment to the Banking team. 
  • Coordinate payments with other Avature teams.

About you
  • Experience in administration (ideally for French or German companies).
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Fluent in English, and an advanced level of German or French is a plus. 
  • Experience in international purchases and negotiating with vendors is a plus, especially for French or German companies.
