Finance Procurement Analyst (Proficient in English)

The Finance Procurement team supports many other teams in their purchasing needs. It’s their responsibility to coordinate payments while collaborating with our Legal team to review contract terms established between Avature teams and vendors. As Procurement Analyst, you’ll be responsible for managing these processes using our own internal system.

Your challenges and objectives
  • Develop strong relationships with other Avature teams and with our vendors.
  • Obtain in-depth understanding of our financial operations, including our various global entities, their structure and inter-company interactions.
  • Partner with other teams to understand their needs and assist them on payment-related matters. 
  • Adapt your approach to the needs of a wide variety of social interactions.

Your day-to-day activities
  • Organize the logistical and administrative aspects of our procurement and payment processes, and communicate with different Avature teams regarding payments requests.
  • Analyze and process documents including quotes, proformas, invoices, receipts, contracts, SOWs, W9 Form, and Vendor set up forms, among others.
  • Track all information on an accounting system and a CRM platform. 
  • Keep track of recurring payments that require internal follow up.

About you
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration (international is a plus)
  • Proficient in English.
  • Fluency in German or French is a plus.
  • Highly organized and proactive.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
