Implementation Project Manager (Bilingual in English)

Our Consulting team is at the forefront of this task and, as Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for organizing and carrying out complex projects, many involving global market leaders. From the planning stages to rollout, you’ll participate in defining the perfect methodology for each and ensuring they are successfully delivered in time and scope - all while keeping regular and high-quality communication with the client.


Your challenges and objectives:
  • Manage multiple projects with different needs simultaneously and properly prioritize them.
  • Gain thorough knowledge of our product and organization to pursue alignment and added value. 
  • Deliver complex projects in a timely manner and covering the proper scope.
  • Continuously evolve on project management capabilities, increasing the complexity of projects undertaken.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders both within the company and with our customers.

Your day-to-day activities:
  • Coordinate with customers to define project methodologies and plans, and agree on communication guidelines.
  • Create project plans in agreement with customers and identify critical paths.
  • Report project status periodically.
  • Identify, communicate and mitigate potential risks and delays.
  • Continuously verify that the project is within scope.
  • Coordinate tasks and manage internal resources, including infrastructure, server migrations, and others.

About you:
  • Bilingual in English.
  • University degree.
  • Outstanding communication and organization skills.
  • Experienced in project management in a software development environment, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Software implementation experience is valued.
  • Project management certifications are a plus.
